
Ingredients for Raw Meatballs Recipe
- 350g raw meatballs double ground minced meat
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon of pepper paste
- 2 glasses of raw bulgur wheat
- 1 water glass of hot water

Crafting the Raw Meatball Recipe
- First, let’s take 2 glasses of bulgur in a bowl and pour 1 glass of water on it. Let’s add hot water and mix it and let’s keep it aside.
- I made it in a kneading machine, if you wish, you can knead the base on a round knurled tray.
- We add minced meat, tomato paste, pomegranate extract and ready-made spices to the kneading machine, and wait for 10 minutes. We knead the dough.
- Finally, we add the parsley and knead for another 30 minutes and remove the mold and knead another 5 more minutes with our hands from the machine. Bon appetit.
