Raw Meatballs

Ingredients for Raw Meatballs Recipe

  • 350g raw meatballs double ground minced meat
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon of pepper paste
  • 2 glasses of raw bulgur wheat
  • 1 water glass of hot water
  • 1 glass of water and oil mixture. (I used 3/1 water and 3/2 oil/olive oil both sparingly)
  • Half a tea glass of pomegranate minus
  • Half-squeezed fresh lemon
  • A grater tomato (or not)
  • Chopped parsley eye
  • Cheesecake spice ( I used “seasonal raw meatball seasoning“ 100g ) in the ready package

Crafting the Raw Meatball Recipe

  1. First, let’s take 2 glasses of bulgur in a bowl and pour 1 glass of water on it. Let’s add hot water and mix it and let’s keep it aside.
  2. I made it in a kneading machine, if you wish, you can knead the base on a round knurled tray.
  3. We add minced meat, tomato paste, pomegranate extract and ready-made spices to the kneading machine, and wait for 10 minutes. We knead the dough.
  4. Finally, we add the parsley and knead for another 30 minutes and remove the mold and knead another 5 more minutes with our hands from the machine. Bon appetit.
