
Ingredients for Raw Meatballs Recipe
- 4 cups of brown bulgur for meatballs
- 2 cups of boiling water water
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons chili paste
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- Half a tea glass of red chili powder
- 1.5 tablespoons of sumac
- Half a teaspoon of isot
- 1.5 teaspoons of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- Half a tea glass of pomegranate syrup
- Half a glass of olive oil
- Half a teaspoon tea glass of oil
- 1 large onion (To be grated and juiced)
- 6-7 cloves of garlic k (To be Shredded)
- Ice cubes to use while kneading (Optional)
- Lavas
- Special raw meatball sauce
- Half a tea glass of hot ketchup (Preferably tat brand)
- Half a tea glass of pomegranate syrup or sauce
- 1 tablespoon of isot
Raw Meatball Recipe Preparation
- Add 2 cups of boiling water to the bulgur for meatballs and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Add all the ingredients in order and knead until it gets a good consistency (Approximately 1 hour).
