- The ground beef is kneaded with isot and chili pepper and put into the cupboard.
- The onion and garlic are passed through the rondo.
- Take the raw meatballs into the tray and add the bulgur.
- Knead until bitter, add tomato paste and add spices and knead until soft and add meat.
- Knead for 10 minutes and add parsley, lemon juice, pomegranate syrup and oil.
