Ingredients for Raw Meatballs (Elazig Style Meat) Recipe

  • 500 grams of brown bulgur with meatballs

  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 800 grams of tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons pepper paste
  • 1 tea glass of isot
  • 1 tea glass of chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 150 grams double ground lean ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon salt (adjust to your taste)
  • 1 tea glass of olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • Half tea glass of pomegranate syrup
  • Half a bunch of parsley

Raw Meatballs (Elazig Style Meat) Recipe Preparation

  1. The ground beef is kneaded with isot and chili pepper and put into the cupboard.
  2. The onion and garlic are passed through the rondo.
  3. Take the raw meatballs into the tray and add the bulgur.
  4. Knead until bitter, add tomato paste and add spices and knead until soft and add meat.
  5. Knead for 10 minutes and add parsley, lemon juice, pomegranate syrup and oil.
  6. Knead into shape. Served with lettuce, enjoy.
