Ingredients for Raw Meatballs Recipe

  • 2 cups of brown bulgur
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons of pepper paste

  • 4 garlic clove

Raw Meatballs (Full Consistency) Recipe Preparation

  1. We mix our bulgur with hot water for 15 minutes in our tray. We keep it waiting.
  2. We also rest the isot in a separate bowl with water.
  3. After our bulgur has evaporated, we add all our ingredients except parsley and green onions and knead well in our tray.
  4. We can add the rest of our ingredients to our meatballs that we are sure is gone, and after kneading, we can prepare it for service.
