- 2 cups of brown bulgur
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons of pepper paste

Raw Meatballs (Full Consistency) Recipe Preparation
- We mix our bulgur with hot water for 15 minutes in our tray. We keep it waiting.
- We also rest the isot in a separate bowl with water.
- After our bulgur has evaporated, we add all our ingredients except parsley and green onions and knead well in our tray.
