Ingredients for the Raw Meatballs (Full Thickness – Blender) Recipe
- 1 glass of bulgur for rice
- 1 cup of bulgur for meatballs
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon of sweet pepper paste
- 2 tablespoons of isot (more or less as desired)
- Juice of 1 small lemon
- Half a tea glass of pomegranate syrup
- 1 tea glass of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of cumin – paprika – sweet powder pepper- black pepper – salt
- 1 glass of slightly hot water
- Chopped parsley if you wish
Raw Meatballs (Full Consistency – Blender) Recipe Preparation
- Soak our bulgur for rice in hot water and knead it. We mix it and grind it.
- We mix it with a tablespoon of tomato paste and blend it in the blender until it gets a dough consistency.
- We add all the remaining ingredients to our bulgur in the blender, which has a consistency close to the puree.
- We pass the whole mixture through the blender for 10 minutes until it thickens.
- You can open your blender from time to time and turn the mixture upside down so that it becomes more homogenous.
- You can prepare raw meatballs in a large bowl, if you wish, by mixing them with parsley. li>
- Before shaping, have the water to wet your hands ready and shape your meatballs and arrange them on lettuce leaves.
