Raw Meatballs (in full consistency – in blender)

Ingredients for the Raw Meatballs (Full Thickness – Blender) Recipe

  • 1 glass of bulgur for rice
  • 1 cup of bulgur for meatballs
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon of sweet pepper paste
  • 2 tablespoons of isot (more or less as desired)
  • Juice of 1 small lemon
  • Half a tea glass of pomegranate syrup
  • 1 tea glass of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin – paprika – sweet powder pepper- black pepper – salt
  • 1 glass of slightly hot water
  • Chopped parsley if you wish

Raw Meatballs (Full Consistency – Blender) Recipe Preparation

  1. Soak our bulgur for rice in hot water and knead it. We mix it and grind it.
  2. We mix it with a tablespoon of tomato paste and blend it in the blender until it gets a dough consistency.
  3. We add all the remaining ingredients to our bulgur in the blender, which has a consistency close to the puree.
  4. We pass the whole mixture through the blender for 10 minutes until it thickens.
  5. You can open your blender from time to time and turn the mixture upside down so that it becomes more homogenous.
  6. You can prepare raw meatballs in a large bowl, if you wish, by mixing them with parsley. li>
  7. Before shaping, have the water to wet your hands ready and shape your meatballs and arrange them on lettuce leaves.
