Ingredients for Practical Original Taste Raw Meatballs Recipe
- 2 cups of fine bulgur with black meatballs
- 2 cups of boiled water
- 1 large onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoon of isot
- Half a tablespoon of ground pepper
- Half a tablespoon of ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 tablespoon of pepper paste
- 1 tablespoon tablespoon of tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of pomegranate syrup
- 1 tea glass of Olive oil
- Juice of half a lemon
- Hand blender
Practical Or Making the Original Taste Raw Meatballs Recipe
- First, we wet our bulgur with boiled water and cover it and let it rest until we prepare our other ingredients.
- We grate and wash our onions and garlic and Squeeze the juice for it to drain, leave it in the sieve for 1-2 minutes and put it in the mixing bowl.
- Add olive oil, isot, flakes and powdered pepper, salt, tomato paste, cumin, black pepper, pomegranate syrup and lemon juice on it and mix.< /li>
- Add the mixture to the softened bulgur and blend it with a hand blender for about 10 minutes.
