Ingredients for Practical Original Taste Raw Meatballs Recipe

  • 2 cups of fine bulgur with black meatballs
  • 2 cups of boiled water
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoon of isot
  • Half a tablespoon of ground pepper
  • Half a tablespoon of ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 tablespoon of pepper paste
  • 1 tablespoon tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of pomegranate syrup
  • 1 tea glass of Olive oil
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Hand blender

Practical Or Making the Original Taste Raw Meatballs Recipe

  1. First, we wet our bulgur with boiled water and cover it and let it rest until we prepare our other ingredients.
  2. We grate and wash our onions and garlic and Squeeze the juice for it to drain, leave it in the sieve for 1-2 minutes and put it in the mixing bowl.
  3. Add olive oil, isot, flakes and powdered pepper, salt, tomato paste, cumin, black pepper, pomegranate syrup and lemon juice on it and mix.< /li>
  4. Add the mixture to the softened bulgur and blend it with a hand blender for about 10 minutes.
