  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • Half a tea glass of olive oil
  • Half a tea glass of pomegranate syrup
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 lt water (The size may change depending on the softening of the bulgur while kneading)

Raw Meatballs (Meatless) Recipe Preparation

  1. We put our bulgur in the tray to be kneaded, wash the bulgur and strain it. (So ​​the soaked bulgur will swell and soften as it waits.)
  2. We let it sit for 15 minutes.
  3. We add salt to our bulgur and knead it well for 10 minutes. While kneading, we give water to the bulgur from time to time.
  4. Then we add other spices and add water as needed and knead it.
  5. Let’s knead our bulgur until it is like chewing gum. Finally, add the tomato paste sour and oil and mix. Ready to serve.
