
Ingredients for Raw Meatballs ( Meatless ) Recipe
- 750 grams of fine bulgur with meatballs
- 2 dishes tablespoon of hot pepper paste
- 2 tablespoons of sumac
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon spoon of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of dried mint
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- Half a tea glass of olive oil
- Half a tea glass of pomegranate syrup
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 lt water (The size may change depending on the softening of the bulgur while kneading)
Raw Meatballs (Meatless) Recipe Preparation
- We put our bulgur in the tray to be kneaded, wash the bulgur and strain it. (So the soaked bulgur will swell and soften as it waits.)
- We let it sit for 15 minutes.
- We add salt to our bulgur and knead it well for 10 minutes. While kneading, we give water to the bulgur from time to time.
- Then we add other spices and add water as needed and knead it.
- Let’s knead our bulgur until it is like chewing gum. Finally, add the tomato paste sour and oil and mix. Ready to serve.
