
Ingredients for Homemade Raw Meatballs Recipe
- 2 cups of brown bulgur
- 1 water glass of hot water
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of sumac
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon ground paprika
- 1 tablespoon isot
- 3 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon of chili paste
- 1 grated squeezed onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
Recipe Preparation
- The bulgur is mixed with hot water and kept covered for 10 minutes.
- We add all the ingredients to our raw meatball tray and start kneading.
- At this stage, kneading is continued after mashing it slowly with a blender.
- Ice is added and kneaded until it thickens.
- If the raw meatballs do not take shape and fall apart when you squeeze them with your hand, it has come to a consistency.
