
Ingredients for Raw Meatballs (Urfa Style) Recipe
- 3 tea glasses of fine bulgur
- 2 tea glass of chili pepper (You can add more or less as desired)
- 2 small onions
- 1 small clove of garlic
- 2 or 3 crushed tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- Salt, pepper< /ul>
- Lettuce, lemon, fresh mint if any
How to Make Raw Meatballs (Urfa Style) Recipe?
- Wet your chili peppers in a bowl first.
- Then put all the ingredients in the meatball tray and knead them all. Including pepper :) if you feel it is dry, add half a tea glass of water and continue kneading. If the bulgur isn’t hard, it’s okay, but if it sounds like bulgur when you put it in your mouth, continue kneading and place the lettuce on the serving plate.
- Put the meatballs you’ve squeezed on top of it.
- Cut the lemons into thin rounds and put them on the meatballs. Garnish with mint if you have it. Bon appetit.
