  1. We put our bulgur in a bowl and add a glass of hot water.
  2. We grate the onion and garlic.
  3. We soak the isot in half a tea glass of water and put all the ingredients except the parsley in our bowl.
  4. And don’t knead. The more we knead, the better the taste will be. Lastly, we break 4 eggs with vegetable oil and add them into the raw meatballs.
