Ingredients for Raw Meatballs with Eggs

  • 2 cups of bulgur for meatballs
  • 2 tablespoons of tomatoes paste
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper paste
  • Half a bunch of parsley
  • Half a bunch of fresh onion< /li>
  • 2 teaspoons dried mint
  • Black pepper with teaspoon
  • Salt
  • Hot water (for soaking the bulgur)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of oil
  • A pinch of salt

How to Make Egg Meatballs Recipe

  1. We rise the bulgur with hot water.
  2. Then we add tomato paste and start kneading. Let’s knead by adding water from time to time, but add the water little by little.
  3. We continue mixing by adding salt and spices.
  4. When it is well kneaded and thickened, we break the egg in the pan after heating the oil and cook it.
  5. While we leave the egg to cool, we prepare the fresh onion and parsley by finely chopping it.
  6. First we mix the egg with bulgur.
  7. Then we add the greens and make the final shape.
  8. Lemon on top. squeezing it is great in lettuce, enjoy :)
