- 2 cups of bulgur for meatballs
- 2 tablespoons of tomatoes paste

- Hot water (for soaking the bulgur)
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of oil
- A pinch of salt
How to Make Egg Meatballs Recipe
- We rise the bulgur with hot water.
- Then we add tomato paste and start kneading. Let’s knead by adding water from time to time, but add the water little by little.
- We continue mixing by adding salt and spices.
- When it is well kneaded and thickened, we break the egg in the pan after heating the oil and cook it.
- While we leave the egg to cool, we prepare the fresh onion and parsley by finely chopping it.
- First we mix the egg with bulgur.
- Then we add the greens and make the final shape.
- Lemon on top. squeezing it is great in lettuce, enjoy :)
