Ingredients for Raw Meatballs with Eggs
- 2 cups of bulgur for meatballs
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- Half a spoonful of pepper paste
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 lemon
- Black pepper
- Salt
- 1. 5 tea glasses of olive oil
- 4 tablespoons of isot
- 1 small onion
- Chopped fresh onion
- Chopped parsley
- 4 eggs
How to Make Egg Meatballs Recipe
- Let’s pour insotu into a bowl of hot water and soak it.
- Take the bulgur into a raw meatball bowl, chop the onion on it and add the garlic by crushing it.
- Let’s add all the ingredients except the fresh onion.
- Let’s add the lemon by dividing it into pieces.
- Let’s add isot and start kneading.
- Let’s put some water in a bowl and continue kneading by wetting our hands.
- When the bulgur is soft, let’s remove the lemons we added.
- Let’s cook the eggs by whisking them in hot oil.
- First let’s drain the oil from the egg to the softened bulgur.
- Then add the greens and mix a little. Let’s mix it up.
- Lastly, let’s add eggs and mix them.
- You can serve with lettuce, tomato, radish, cucumber and lemon.
