Raw Meatballs with Egg

Ingredients for Raw Meatballs with Eggs

  • 2 cups of bulgur for meatballs
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • Half a spoonful of pepper paste
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 lemon
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • 1. 5 tea glasses of olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons of isot
  • 1 small onion
  • Chopped fresh onion
  • Chopped parsley
  • 4 eggs

How to Make Egg Meatballs Recipe

  1. Let’s pour insotu into a bowl of hot water and soak it.
  2. Take the bulgur into a raw meatball bowl, chop the onion on it and add the garlic by crushing it.
  3. Let’s add all the ingredients except the fresh onion.
  4. Let’s add the lemon by dividing it into pieces.
  5. Let’s add isot and start kneading.
  6. Let’s put some water in a bowl and continue kneading by wetting our hands.
  7. When the bulgur is soft, let’s remove the lemons we added.
  8. Let’s cook the eggs by whisking them in hot oil.
  9. First let’s drain the oil from the egg to the softened bulgur.
  10. Then add the greens and mix a little. Let’s mix it up.
  11. Lastly, let’s add eggs and mix them.
  12. You can serve with lettuce, tomato, radish, cucumber and lemon.
