Ingredients for Raw Meatballs with Egg (Urfa Style) Recipe

  • 4 tea glasses of bulgur with meatballs
  • 1 tablespoon of pepper paste
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 5-6 tablespoons of isot
  • 1 tablespoon of paprika
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • 1 large size onion
  • 1 plateful of finely chopped spring onions, parsley
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 6 eggs
  • 1.5 tea glass of olive oil

How to Make Egg Meatballs (Urfa Style) Recipe?

  1. Chop the onion very small, add salt and pepper and knead for 1 minute in a raw meatball tray.
  2. Bulg curd and spices (isot and chili pepper can be increased according to taste) are kneaded for 5 minutes.
  3. Pastes are added. All the bulgur is kneaded until it gets the paste. If the bulgur is too hard, it is soaked with hot water and kneaded for half an hour.
  4. Finely chopped greens are added to the raw meatballs that are kneaded for a total of 35-40 minutes.
  5. 1.5 tea glass of olive oil is heated well and 6 well-beaten eggs are added.
  6. It is mixed while it rises and cooks. It is poured over the raw meatballs with its oil and mixed with a spoon.
  7. When the first heat passes, it is kneaded for 2 more minutes and gathered in the middle of the tray.
  8. It is served with lettuce, cucumber and tomato around it.< /li>
