Ingredients for Egg Meatballs (with Video) Recipe
- 1 tea glass of bulgur with meatballs (4 tea glasses is my measurement)

How to Make Egg Meatballs with Video
- First we prepare the vegetables to go inside. We crush the garlic.
- We pass the onion and tomato through the rondo. We take it aside and start the meatballs.
- First, we add tomato paste, spices, isot, onion, tomato, crushed garlic and start kneading.
- While kneading, we add a little water from time to time depending on the consistency.
- When it softens, we chop it up. We add fresh garlic, parsley, onion and mint and mix.
- Then we heat the oil in a large pan. We beat the eggs and fry them in the heated oil.
- There will be no rawness left. Pour the oil of the cooked egg into the meatballs and mix well.
