Ingredients for Egg Meatballs (with Video) Recipe

  • 1 tea glass of bulgur with meatballs (4 tea glasses is my measurement)

  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • Black pepper, cumin, salt

  • Fresh garlic if there are a few branches

  • 1 tea glass of olive oil
  • 1 glass of oil
  • Optional pomegranate syrup/lemon

How to Make Egg Meatballs with Video

  1. First we prepare the vegetables to go inside. We crush the garlic.
  2. We pass the onion and tomato through the rondo. We take it aside and start the meatballs.
  3. First, we add tomato paste, spices, isot, onion, tomato, crushed garlic and start kneading.
