Ingredients for Raw Meatballs Recipe

  • 250 grm raw meatball mince
  • 3-4 glasses raw bulgur for meatballs
  • 1 cup tomato puree (I used canned food I made in the summer)
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Half paprika
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of pepper paste
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • Half a bunch of parsley
  • 3-4 sprigs of green onions
  • 4 tablespoons of isot
  • 2 tablespoons of sumac
  • 3 tablespoons of paprika
  • 2 teaspoons of black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of cumin
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 ½ cup of oil with one finger missing

How to Make Meat Meatballs Recipe

  1. Take the onion and garlic from the robot and put the minced meat in a raw meatball kneading tray or a large tray.
  2. Add the spices on it and knead meatballs like you would knead meatballs until all the ingredients are missed. We knead it and let it rest for half an hour.
  3. After resting, we slowly add the bulgur. We add peppers and tomato puree to the dried bulgur and continue the kneading process for a long time (you need to knead it by pressing with your palm)
  4. The bulgur needs to be completely softened and pulped with minced meat.
  5. The raw meatballs that get a consistency are thinner. We add the finely chopped parsley and onions.
  6. We knead it very little and let it mix. We take small pieces with our hands (if you use gloves during this time, your dewball will look better) and serve it with greens.
