Raw Meatballs with Meat

Ingredients for Raw Meatballs Recipe

  • 300 grams ground beef
  • 4 glasses of fine bulgur wheat (bagel bagel)
  • 1 bowl of isot
  • 3 -5 sprigs of green onions
  • 3 sprig of green garlic
  • Half a bunch of parsley (you can add more if you want)
  • Canned tomatoes (for kneading)
  • 1 lemon
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Half a teaspoon of olive oil (for soaking the isot)

Making Meat Meatballs Recipe

  1. First, we wet the isot with half a tea glass of olive oil, then pour it into the meatball basin. We knead our meat for 5 minutes, taking the spices and lemon. >We add canned tomatoes to keep them wet from time to time (with water if you want)
  2. We add green onions and green garlic to our meatballs that are kneaded for another 10 minutes and knead again.
  3. Add parsley to our meatballs that we knead for 10 more minutes. If it is kneaded for a minute more and it has the consistency of Turkish delight, we pour light olive oil into a bowl and squeezing it by dipping our hands, then it is ready to serve :) bon appetit
