Raw Meatballs with Meat

Ingredients for Raw Meatballs Recipe

  • 250 gr lean red meat ( I will have taken twice, I also cooked rondo )
  • 2 cups of bulgur with meatballs
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1-2 green onions
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 cups of isot (i.e. paprika)
  • 1 teaspoon of tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Black pepper on request
  • 1 lettuce
  • 2 radishes< /li>
  • 2 lemons and half a bunch of mint

How to Make Meatballs Recipe

  1. Onion thin thin wrap Let’s chop it with imsak.

  9. Let’s knead it again for 1 to 2 minutes or you can serve it by squeezing it with your hand. I served the original with lettuce, radish and lemon. It is very nice, I recommend it on an ice cold ayran, enjoy it in advance for those who will try it
