Ingredients for Raw Meatballs (with Video) Recipe

  • 2 cups of brown bulgur for meatballs
  • 1 glass of boiled water
  • 1 onion
  • 2 garlic
  • 1 tablespoon pepper paste
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • Near half a teaspoon of pomegranate syrup
  • 3 tablespoon of sumac
  • 4 tablespoons of isot
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 tablespoons of ground red pepper
  • Half a tea glass of oil or olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 2 tablespoons of paprika
  • 1 grated tomato li>

Raw Meatball Recipe (with Video) Preparation

  1. First, we wet our bulgur with boiled water.
  2. While our bulgur is resting, we chop the onion.
  3. We juice the onion as much as possible and use only the onion. We do not use water. Because the onion juice gives a bitter taste to the meatballs. Then we sift the onion into our bulgur.
  4. We start mixing and kneading all the ingredients except the tomato grater. After kneading a little, add the tomato and continue kneading. Knead for at least 30 minutes. While kneading, we add cold water or ice according to the consistency of the meatballs.
  5. Finally, we taste it. If the bitter and sour taste suits our taste, we move on to shaping. You can add bitter or sour by tasting it from time to time.
  6. Taking a piece of the meatball, we collect it in our hands and shape it by squeezing it.
  7. If you use gloves at this stage, it will be easy to shape and your meatballs will look brighter. . When the shaping process is finished, we can serve our meatballs with lettuce and lemon. Bon appetit :).
