
Ingredients for Raw Meatballs (Meatless) Recipe
- A little over half a pack of fine cracked bulgur
- 3-4 glasses of hot water
- 4 onions
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 4 dishes tablespoon of tomato paste
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 and a half glass of oil
- 2 tomato
- Cumin, chili pepper, dried mint, sumac, isot, black pepper, pomegranate syrup, salt (I have adjusted the spices by eye, you can add more as desired)
How to Make Raw Meatballs (Without Meat) Recipe?
- Wet our bulgur with 4 glasses of hot water, cover and set aside. In a corner, we separate our spices into our little bowls.
- We grate our garlic. We grate 4 onions, squeeze their juices and prepare them in a corner.
- We grate the tomatoes and add oil to our bulgur which has absorbed its juice, and knead for about ten minutes.
- Then add our tomato paste and continue kneading. we do. Add our spices in turn and add the parsley.
- Tomato and pomegranate syrup will be added last. We knead all other ingredients for about an hour.
- Add grated tomato and pomegranate syrup at the end, knead for another 15 minutes and leave to squeeze for serving.
