Making Meatballs with Kofte Recipe

  1. Take our bulgur for meatballs in a bowl, add a teaspoon of salt and boil them. We wet it with water and leave it for half an hour to soften.

  6. Then we make our dough into walnut-sized meringue, keep the index finger near a little water, wet our hands slightly, and open our stuffed meatballs.
  7. We put a teaspoon of the mortar and close it, I made it three late. Fill it with some salt. After we’re done, we put our liquid oil in a pan about a glass of water.
