  • 2 onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1.5 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon pepper paste
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Preparing the Meatballs with Stuffed Recipe

  1. Take our bulgur and semolina in a bowl with a lid and pour my hot water on it. Add it and close it for half an hour.
  2. On the other hand, for our stuffing, fry our onion and garlic in oil, add our ground beef and fry it for a while.
  3. Add our tomato paste and spices on it and leave it to cool. Let’s add it to our bulgur after it cools, and after it has a consistency that does not stick to our hands for 1 hour, let’s put it in the refrigerator and let it rest. . The reason why we freeze it in the freezer is to prevent it from cracking, when we want to fry it, take it out of the freezer half an hour before and when it starts to thaw on one side, let’s fry it in plenty of hot oil while it is slightly iced, without turning it a lot.
