  1. First First, let’s put our bulgur on a tray and add the hot water on it.
  2. Let’s cover it with another tray and wait for it to sigh.
  3. We wait like this for about 10 minutes.
  4. Take the blender. Let’s peel and slice the onion and tomato into it.
  5. Let’s add the parsley and pass it through the blender.
  6. Take a tray where you can knead the raw meatballs.
  7. Let’s empty the bulgur and add what we passed through the blender.

  11. Let’s knead for about 1.30-2 hours.
