Turkish Delight Çiğköfte (With Potatoes)

Ingredients for Turkish Delight with Potatoes

  • 1 -2 potatoes
  • To boil water
  • 1.5 cups of fine brown bulgur
  • 1/2 (half) glass of boiled potato juice
  • 1/2 (half) glass of hot water (can be increased according to the amount of bulgur)
  • 2 cloves of garlic grater
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon of pepper paste
  • Half a glass of oil
  • Salt, paprika, black pepper, cumin (as much as you wish)
  • Half a bunch of dill
  • Juice of half a lemon

Turkish Delight Cigkofte (With Potatoes) Recipe Preparation

  1. First of all, chop the potatoes and put them in the pot p boil it.

  9. When the ingredients are well mixed, add dill and the juice of half a lemon. Knead them until they are mixed in.
  10. After the kneading process is finished, shape by squeezing with gloves and serve with lettuce.
