- 2.5 cups (250 ml) barley bulgur brown normal mixed
- 1 cup (250 ml) hot water (for soaking the bulgur)
- 3 medium tomatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 heaped tablespoons of tomato paste (Ready-made)
- 1 tea glass of olive oil
- Half a tea glass of pomegranate syrup
- 4 tablespoons of isot
- 1 tea tablespoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 2 teaspoons salt
Turkish Delight Raw Meatballs (Very Easy) Recipe Preparation
- First, put the bulgur in a kneading bowl and pour 1 cup of it over it. Let’s pour hot water and cover it and wait for it to absorb the water.
- On the other hand, peel the tomato, onion, garlic, take it to the robot and grind it until it becomes a puree.
- Let’s add the bulgur that absorbs its water, add the spices and knead it well. 5 minutes is enough.
- Then let’s add pomegranate syrup and knead for 1 more minute, add olive oil last and knead for 1 more minute and let our raw meatballs rest in the refrigerator and serve.
