Ingredients for Turkish Delight Raw Meatballs Recipe
- 3 cups of brown bulgur
- 3 cups hot water
- 6 tablespoons of raw meatballs (you can find it in the supermarket)
- 1 glass of olive oil
- Half a glass of pomegranate syrup
- Juice of half a lemon
- 3 teaspoons of salt (I used coarse salt)
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of tomato paste
- Chili pepper
- Powder bulbiber(bitter)
Turkish Delight Raw Meatball Recipe Preparation
- First, let’s take our bulgur in a bowl and pour hot water on it and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- Let’s go through our onion and garlic chopper until the bulgur swells. If the juice comes out, let’s squeeze out the juice.
- Let’s add all the ingredients to the bulgur and knead for 15 minutes.
- I used a blender. (Use it by resting occasionally).
