Ingredients for Urfa-Style Cigkofte with Eggs
- 2 cups of brown bulgur with meatballs
- 1 small size onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon pepper paste
- 4-5 tablespoons of isot
- Salt
- Warm water
- 1 egg
- Half a tea glass of oil (for eggs)
- 2-3 sprigs of green onions
- A pinch of parsley
Urfa Style Egg Dumplings Recipe Preparation
- In a suitable tray Bulgur, tomato paste, salt, isot, grated onion and garlic are taken and blended well.
- Then it is kneaded by adding lukewarm water little by little.
- This Kneading is continued by adding warm water until the lgur is soft.
- Add oil to a pan and heat it well.
- Then add eggs and mix quickly.
- Egg prepared for bulgur mixture
- Finely chopped green onions and parsley are added and kneaded a little more. Served with any greens you wish. Bon appetit.
