Ingredients for Urfa Style Raw Meatballs Recipe

  • 1 pack of brown bulgur
  • 200 grams of tomato paste< /li>

Urfa Style Raw Meatball Recipe Preparation

  1. The bulgur and isot are soaked first.
  2. The bulging bulgur is placed in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Isolate, garlic, grated onion, spices and salt are thoroughly blended for 20 minutes.
  4. Then, holes are made in the raw meatballs spread on the tray.
  5. The hot oil is poured and mixed.
