  • 10 hot green peppers
  • 1 kg tomatoes li>

How to Make Winter Breakfast Sauce Recipe?

  1. First, roast the red peppers and dice them. Fry the red peppers in a little olive oil.
  2. Add the peeled and diced tomatoes on top.
  3. Cook until the tomatoes have a little juice.
  4. The last pot is red peppers, small cubes. Add chopped garlic, chopped parsley, vinegar, sugar and salt according to your taste.
  5. Cook for another minute or two and lower the stove. Fill the jars with boiling water and close the lid well.
  6. Turn it upside down and leave it like this for a day. Check the lids the next day and store them in a cool place.
  7. If you don’t like hot, you can also use sweet green peppers.
