Winter Peach Compote Recipe Preparation

  1. First of all, we peel the peaches and put them in water with a squeeze of half a lemon so that they do not turn black.
  2. After the peeling process is finished, we are born into the jar in the form of small cubes.
  3. We add peaches 3 fingers more than half a jar, (If you wish, you can add less peaches and prepare a mixture with more juice. )
  4. Add 5 tablespoons of sugar to it and add cold tap water until the jar is full.
  5. We close the jar tightly and leave it upside down for half an hour. We boil for half an hour. (I don’t like it too sweet, so I put 4 spoons) We keep it upside down for two days, don’t flow, otherwise it’s ready for winter, let’s eat well and enjoy
