Ingredients for Delicious Forest Mushroom Sauce Recipe

  • Half a kilo of fresh forest mushrooms
  • 2 onions
  • a box of cream (I have 300ml)
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • Bay leaf, salt, black pepper, allspice

Making the Delicious Forest Mushroom Sauce Recipe

  1. Let’s get to the sauce making. First we rinse the mushrooms in cold water and cut them into cubes. (not too small).
  2. Chop the onion and fry a little in oil, add the mushrooms and fry for 10 minutes.
  3. Then add the can of cream and spices on top, reduce the heat, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 15 minutes. -We cook for 20 minutes. If the water is too low, we can add a little water or milk.
  4. Our sauce is ready, let’s serve it with pasta, potatoes or buckwheat rice.
