- Half a kilo of fresh forest mushrooms
- 2 onions
- a box of cream (I have 300ml)
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- Bay leaf, salt, black pepper, allspice
Making the Delicious Forest Mushroom Sauce Recipe
- Let’s get to the sauce making. First we rinse the mushrooms in cold water and cut them into cubes. (not too small).
- Chop the onion and fry a little in oil, add the mushrooms and fry for 10 minutes.
- Then add the can of cream and spices on top, reduce the heat, cover the pan with a lid and cook for 15 minutes. -We cook for 20 minutes. If the water is too low, we can add a little water or milk.
- Our sauce is ready, let’s serve it with pasta, potatoes or buckwheat rice.
