  • 1 tablespoon pepper paste

  1. First, we wet the bulgur with a glass of boiling water.
  2. Then 6 beef bouillons Dissolve it in 1 glass of boiling water and pour it over the bulgur.
  3. We pour the ketchup into our tray.
  4. Chop the onions finely and crush the garlic by beating them.
  5. Then we add the onion, garlic, oil, tomato paste and spices to the ketchup.
  6. Add the softened bulgur until the bulgur softens and the mixture reaches a paste-like consistency. We knead it and our raw meatballs are ready.
  7. You can serve with pomegranate syrup and iceberg if desired.
  8. You can keep them in the fridge for about 1 week in a covered container.
