How to Make Delicious Meatless Raw Meatballs Recipe
- First, we wet the bulgur with a glass of boiling water.
- Then 6 beef bouillons Dissolve it in 1 glass of boiling water and pour it over the bulgur.
- We pour the ketchup into our tray.
- Chop the onions finely and crush the garlic by beating them.
- Then we add the onion, garlic, oil, tomato paste and spices to the ketchup.
- Add the softened bulgur until the bulgur softens and the mixture reaches a paste-like consistency. We knead it and our raw meatballs are ready.
- You can serve with pomegranate syrup and iceberg if desired.
