Ingredients for Yummy Raw Meatballs Recipe

  • 500 grams of fine bulgur for raw meatballs
  • 200 grams raw lean ground meatballs

  • 2 grated tomatoes
  • 4 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper paste
  • 1 teaspoon of hot pepper paste
  • 2 teaspoons of yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons of isot
  • 3 teaspoons of 7 kinds of spices
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 small bowl of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of pomegranate minus (you can reduce the deficiency according to your taste)
  • Half a lemon
  • Half a bunch of parsley
  • 8 -9 green onions (white parts will be separated)

Preparing the Delicious Meatballs Recipe

  1. First of all, we put the isot in a bowl and fill it with olive oil.

  5. When they are mixed together, we add the tomato paste and knead well for 3 to 4 turns.
  6. We add the pomegranate extract, then we add the meat mixture and isotu. We mix it and add it to the bulgur and knead it well until the bulgur is crushed.
  7. We pour the tomato year to soften it as it dries.
  8. After the bulgur is crushed well, we add the greens and when the greens are mixed with the bulgur, we shape it and put it on a plate.
  9. We serve with iceberg or lettuce.
