Ingredients for Yummy Raw Meatballs Recipe
- 500 grams of fine bulgur for raw meatballs
- 200 grams raw lean ground meatballs

- First of all, we put the isot in a bowl and fill it with olive oil.

- We add the pomegranate extract, then we add the meat mixture and isotu. We mix it and add it to the bulgur and knead it well until the bulgur is crushed.
- We pour the tomato year to soften it as it dries.
- After the bulgur is crushed well, we add the greens and when the greens are mixed with the bulgur, we shape it and put it on a plate.
