Ingredients for Yummy Raw Meatballs Recipe
- 3 cups of brown bulgur for meatballs
- 2.5 cups boiling water
- 2 medium onions
- 2 tomatoes
- 2-3 cloves of garlic< /li>
- Parsley
- 3 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon of chili paste
- Half a tea glass of oil
- Half a tea glass of pomegranate syrup
- 1.5 tablespoons of chili pepper
- 1 tablespoon of black pepper
- 1 teaspoon of isot
- 1 teaspoon of salt< /ul>
Preparation of Delicious Raw Meatballs Recipe
- Put the bulgur for meatballs in a large raw meatball bowl.
- Add pepper and salt and pour a glass of boiling water. (The other 1.5 glasses of water will be added little by little as it is kneaded.)
- In the meantime, let’s grate the tomato and onion.
- Let’s chop the parsley finely.
- To knead our rested meatballs. Let’s get started.
- After kneading a little, let’s add all our prepared ingredients except water and continue kneading.
- Add the isot and pour water little by little and knead in our meatball bowl for about half an hour.
- If the meatballs are still not soft when the kneading process is finished, they can be added a little more and kneaded more. ☺️.
