This policy explains what personal data All Over Information (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit alloverinformation.com, why we collect it, who it is shared with, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it in plain English rather than legal boilerplate.
Who is responsible
The data controller for this site is the operator of alloverinformation.com. You can reach us at [email protected] for any privacy question or request.
What we collect
- Server logs. Like every website, our host records the IP address, browser type, referring page and time of each request. These logs are used for security and troubleshooting and are kept for a short period.
- Comments. If you leave a comment, we store the name, email address and comment text you submit, plus your IP address and browser string for spam filtering. Your email address is never published.
- Cookies set by us. A small number of functional cookies remember your cookie-consent choice and, if you comment, your name and email so you do not have to retype them.
- Analytics. If analytics is enabled and you consent, we collect aggregated statistics about which pages are read and how visitors arrive. We use this to decide what to write next, not to identify individuals.

We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive personal data. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

Legal basis for processing
Where the GDPR applies, we rely on: your consent for analytics and advertising cookies; our legitimate interest in operating and securing the site for server logs and spam prevention; and consent again for anything you voluntarily submit, such as a comment.
Who your data is shared with
- Our hosting provider, which processes server logs on our behalf.
- Google, for advertising and, where enabled and consented to, analytics.
- Anti-spam processing for comments.
We do not share your data with anyone else, and we never sell it.
How long we keep it
Comments and their metadata are kept indefinitely so follow-up replies stay readable, unless you ask us to delete them. Server logs are kept for a short retention period set by our host. Consent records are kept as long as required to demonstrate compliance.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. California residents additionally have the right to know what is collected and to opt out of “sales” of personal information — we do not sell personal information. To exercise any right, email [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
International transfers
Our service providers, including Google, may process data outside your country. Where that happens for EEA/UK data, transfers rely on the safeguards those providers put in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the site itself.
